By placing an order with PinkCloudCrochet, you agree to the following terms:

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, your order will be considered in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of all crochet items, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for completed custom or made-to-order items.

Handmade Items

• Every piece is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in size, stitch placement, or color may occur. These small differences are normal and make each item one of a kind.

Processing Time

• Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload. Estimated completion times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

• Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, PinkCloudCrochet is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues. Any shipping-related concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Color Disclaimer

• While every effort is made to accurately display yarn colors, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and monitor displays.
